📋 Description

• Conceive and coordinate projects for digital infrastructure and products, including Open Finance, instant payments, digital currencies, digital channels, and APIs • Monitor and share technology and market trends that impact the bank’s business • Create environments and methodologies for experimentation, prototyping, and co-creation • Connect the bank with startups, technology partners, and innovation ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup • Experience in project management and the development of digital products and services • Knowledge of user research, interviews, and market analysis • Ability to monitor performance indicators and prepare reports • Knowledge of technology, market, and competitor trend mapping • Ability to assess the economic, technical, and commercial feasibility of new products and services • Knowledge of open innovation, digital transformation, and innovation ecosystems • Familiarity with digital products and solutions, such as Open Finance, instant payments, digital currencies, digital channels, and APIs • Knowledge of digital product development • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup • Knowledge of financial markets and banking innovation, including Open Finance and Pix • Knowledge of APIs and integrations • Knowledge of data analysis • Knowledge of user research and user experience
