📋 Description

• Define and evolve the test strategy covering functional, integration, regression, end-to-end (E2E) and exploratory testing • Serve as a reference on software quality and promote QA best practices • Influence technical decisions with development, product and business teams • Design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and Robot Framework • Implement and sustain the BDD methodology using Gherkin • Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab • Integrate automated tests into the development workflow and strengthen continuous quality in DevOps practices • Monitor and analyze logs, metrics and quality indicators • Identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, proposing and tracking preventive and corrective actions • Manage testing activities and quality governance using Jira and Xray • Ensure demand control, requirements traceability and visibility of results • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on delivery planning, requirement reviews, definition of acceptance criteria and validation of critical features

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation using Java and Robot Framework • Experience creating, maintaining and evolving automated frameworks • Solid background in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and writing scenarios with Gherkin • Experience in integration testing of APIs and services in REST and SOAP architectures • Practical knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab • Experience with Test Management tools, especially Jira and Xray • Experience with quality metrics, monitoring indicators and log analysis • Ability to structure, implement and evolve software quality processes • Advanced/Fluent English for international meetings, technical documentation and multicultural communication • Plus: experience in Cloud environments, preferably IBM Cloud • Plus: experience in the Insurance sector • Plus: ISTQB CTFL, CTAL, Agile Tester or equivalent certifications • Plus: knowledge of Spanish
