📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain decision engines and business rules on the FICO Blaze Advisor platform • Implement and enhance prior authorization rules, ensuring alignment with business requirements • Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of implemented solutions • Analyze, test, and validate business rules and decision flows • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to decision engines • Support the implementation of continuous improvements to authorization and decision-making processes • Work closely with business units and technical teams to gather and detail requirements • Monitor rule performance in production and support incident resolution and necessary adjustments • Document functionalities, configurations, and changes made to the platform • Contribute to the governance, quality, and evolution of decision engines and business rules

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in development, configuration, and support using FICO Blaze Advisor (Rule Studio and Rule Maintenance Application – RMA) • Experience with business rule modeling and architecture, including decision tables, decision trees, scorecards, and ruleflows • Solid knowledge of Java for integration with decision engines • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Knowledge of communication and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML • Knowledge of SQL for querying, integrating, and optimizing relational databases • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or SQL Server databases • Ability to analyze, develop, and maintain complex business rules • Experience supporting, monitoring, and enhancing decision engines in production environments • Preferred: previous experience with prior authorization environments, payment methods, or high-volume financial systems • Preferred: knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and CI/CD pipelines
