📋 Description

• Work within the Marketplace and Finance ecosystem • Design, evolve, and take ownership of the lifecycle of high-performance, scalable distributed solutions • Ensure Clean Code, functional programming, continuous refactoring, Code Review, and Pair Programming • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and break down complex problems • Promote the automation of unit and integration testing (TDD/BDD) • Ensure application security governance using OAuth and JWT • Monitor and lead root cause analysis of critical production incidents • Develop and maintain resilient backend solutions with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot • Build modern, accessible frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Design Systems • Design and manage microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven asynchronous messaging • Structure and manage managed services and serverless architectures on AWS or GCP • Maintain technical documentation and support the refinement of technical stories with the agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot • Knowledge of frontend development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration with Design Systems • Strong experience with distributed architecture, event-driven systems, microservices, REST APIs, and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies) • Proficiency in relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases • Experience with cloud architecture (AWS or GCP), managed services, and serverless solutions • Proficiency in Git, code governance (Code Review), and automated testing (TDD, BDD, and unit testing) • Practical knowledge of application security (OAuth, JWT) and observability • Experience with functional programming and Scala is a plus • Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or monetization and financial services solutions is a plus • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen engineering culture is a plus
