📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference for Billing, ensuring solution quality and consistency • Provide technical leadership for the area, supporting decision-making and problem resolution • Ensure the proper validation of technical evidence before integration testing and production deployment • Monitor deployments and post-go-live stabilization • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans • Promote development best practices and technical governance • Ensure alignment between IT and business areas • Support architecture and technical solution reviews • Oversee quality management and validation of technical deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Billing systems and processes • Experience in Telecom and implementation/post-implementation projects • Experience with system integrations and end-to-end processes • Knowledge of troubleshooting, incident management, and production stability • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills • Knowledge of technical governance and standards definition • Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management • Strong communication skills with technical and business teams • Experience in technical leadership and oversight of large-scale projects • Organized profile with the ability to prioritize and mitigate risks
