📋 Description
• Assist the team at Systemic Justice in meeting research needs • Map opportunities and obstacles to taking cases on racial, social, and economic justice issues in Europe • Map case management solutions • Map and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and jurisprudence that might inform litigation strategies • Collect and summarize information on effective working models for movement lawyering and organizing communities of practice
🎯 Requirements
• Strong research and writing skills • Ability to present comprehensive legal and other research in a structured manner • Understanding of racial, social, and economic justice issues • Familiarity with the concept of strategic litigation • Familiarity with legal systems in Europe • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in another European language is an asset
