📋 Description

• Lead a motivated team of software developers both technically and disciplinarily • Promote individual strengths and ensure productive, appreciative collaboration • Own the architecture and technical direction of the team, focusing on .NET • Remain hands-on in the code and work as a developer, tech lead, or sparring partner as needed • Analyze requirements and develop suitable solutions with the team • Implement solutions in close coordination with customers • Guide the team through complex projects using agile methods

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise web development with .NET and related areas • Ideally, familiarity with React and TypeScript • Prior technical or disciplinary leadership of software developers • Understanding of motivating and developing teams • Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum • Ability to guide teams through complex projects • Clear and decisive decision-making, including in challenging situations • Open and clear communication style • Very good German language skills
