📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-lasting relationships • Identify opportunities for client retention, upsell, and portfolio growth • Develop customized digital marketing strategies and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms • Monitor campaign performance, optimize accounts to exceed client objectives, and manage client budgets • Generate reports, conduct in-depth analysis, and present strategic recommendations • Develop at least two case studies per year showcasing paid media performance • Educate clients on trends, best practices, and how campaigns align with business goals • Ensure delivery of high-quality service, QA practices, and continuous improvement • Mentor junior team members and engage in cross-training and leadership activities

🎯 Requirements

• Serve as primary point of contact and nurture client relationships • Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Display) • Manage budgets and maximize ROI • Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; develop account expansion strategies • Generate regular reports and present findings to clients • Produce 2+ case studies per year • Educate clients on industry trends and best practices • Ensure QA and adherence to best practices across partnerships • Mentor and cross-train junior team members; provide leadership guidance • Ability to service large, complex accounts solo or as part of a team
