📋 Description

• Management and leadership of the team of specialists in strategic projects and innovation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of internal and external teams to ensure on-time project delivery. • Tactical management of risks and issues faced by the team. • Control of the schedule and business and quality KPIs during the project and in the post-implementation phase, ensuring the scope was met by evaluating project results. • Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project. • Development of solutions for continuous performance improvements, including identifying new technologies and innovations. • Ensuring compliance with company standards and criteria. • Knowledge of PMP Project Management and training in Agile methodology, in addition to team management skills. • Requirements gathering, task identification, risk escalation, and building effective relationships with departments and stakeholders. • Conducting debriefs, capturing lessons learned, and proposing improvements for the client’s benefit. • Control of project delivery and quality. • Financial tracking, cost assessment, and contributions relevant to the business. • Perform other duties related to the role. • Knowledge and use of AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management at a call center or in similar industries. • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile. • Communication and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities. • Familiarity with relevant technology tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or Trello. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Intermediate proficiency in MS Project. • Intermediate knowledge of outsourcing processes for call center service providers. • Intermediate knowledge of the PDCA management model. • Intermediate knowledge of Six Sigma methodology. • Intermediate ability to establish strategies and guidelines. • Advanced knowledge/experience with SLAs. • Advanced knowledge of PMP (Project Management Professional). • Advanced experience with Agile methodologies. • Advanced ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret KPIs.
