📋 Description

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, consolidating forecasts for collections, payments, and other financial movements. • Develop cash projections and scenarios, identifying funding needs, financial availability, and liquidity risks. • Analyze variances between forecast and actual amounts, investigate root causes, and propose actions to improve cash flow predictability. • Assess working capital, considering collection and payment terms, delinquency, and financial commitments. • Monitor payment and collection schedules, taking into account fund availability, priorities, and approval authority levels. • Manage operational and technical relationships with financial institutions, monitoring services, fees, limits, and banking conditions. • Analyze alternatives for fundraising, receivables discounting, supplier risk financing, and investing excess cash, preparing comparisons for management approval. • Control loans, financing arrangements, and other financial transactions, monitoring charges, amortization, maturities, collateral, and contractual obligations. • Monitor bank and financial reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure outstanding issues are resolved with Accounting. • Prepare management reports and indicators on liquidity, indebtedness, financial costs, and cash flow forecast accuracy. • Facilitate integration among Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, and Financial Planning. • Support the month-end closing process by providing information on bank balances, investments, debt, charges, and other financial positions. • Improve Treasury processes and controls while maintaining segregation of duties, traceability, and compliance with internal policies. • Participate in automation, bank integration, and ERP improvement projects, provide technical support to the team, and assist with audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Strong experience in corporate treasury, including cash management, financial projections, working capital, and banking relationship management. • Advanced knowledge of preparing and analyzing actual and projected cash flow, including scenario building and variance analysis. • Knowledge of banking products, credit transactions, financial investments, and liquidity management instruments. • Ability to assess financial costs, rates, charges, and contractual terms related to fundraising operations. • Experience using SAP for financial routines, inquiries, information extraction, and integration with Accounting. • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build financial models, process databases, and automate controls. • Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment and collection file integration, and financial closing routines. • Understanding of the impact of Treasury operations on accounting records and financial statements. • Experience preparing management analyses and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
