📋 Description
• 自社開発基盤「Tailor Platform」のプラットフォームレイヤーおよび個別アプリケーションのBFFレイヤーを開発 • Core Platform上にAI特化の実行モデルを設計 • LLMと外部ツールを接続する抽象化レイヤー（Skill / Tooling）を設計・実装 • Agentの実行・状態管理・オーケストレーションを設計 • AIプロダクトチームが高速に開発できる基盤を提供 • 大企業向け業務システムの開発期間を短縮するTailor Platformを開発
🎯 Requirements
• AI Agentの設計・開発経験 • LLMから呼び出されるツール / Skillの設計・実装経験 • TypeScriptなどでの十分な開発経験 • Go / Rustなどによる低レイヤ実装経験（Core Platformとの連携を含む） • ランタイム / SDK / フレームワーク開発経験 • Agentのオーケストレーション設計（Planning / Memory / Tooling） • 分散システム設計の経験 • OSSへのコントリビューション経験 • 英語：CEFR B1以上（役割によっては英語でのWritten Communication(Read/Write)スキルが必要となる場合があります）
