📋 Description
• 自社開発基盤「Tailor Platform」のプラットフォームレイヤーおよび個別アプリケーションのBFFレイヤーを開発 • AI NativeなヘッドレスERPプラットフォームを設計・開発 • Tailor Platformのコアアーキテクチャを設計・実装 • AI Agentを前提とした業務ロジック実行モデルを設計 • LLMと業務データ・外部ツールを接続する抽象化レイヤーを設計 • Headless前提のAPI、SDK、データモデルを設計 • 高性能・高信頼な基盤を設計・構築 • 大企業向け業務システムの開発期間を短縮する開発基盤を開発
🎯 Requirements
• AI Agentの設計・開発経験 • LLMを活用したシステム設計経験 • API / バックエンド開発の実務経験 • TypeScriptなどでの十分な開発経験 • 英語：CEFR B1以上（役割によっては英語でのWritten Communication(Read/Write)スキルが必要となる場合があります） • ERP / 業務システムの開発経験（歓迎条件） • SDK / プラットフォーム開発経験（歓迎条件） • 分散システム設計の経験（歓迎条件） • Go / Rustなど低レイヤとの連携経験（歓迎条件） • OSSへのコントリビューション経験（歓迎条件） • バックエンド、ミドルウェア / インフラ、ML / AI、またはフルスタック開発の経験・志向
