• プリセールスでの課題特定から、業務設計・ソリューション設計・実装・デリバリーまで、一貫して成功に責任を持つ • 多様なエンタープライズの業務にお客様と直接連携しながら深く入り込み、業務ドメインの迅速なキャッチアップを実施する • 優れたチームプレイヤーとして、提供するソリューションを通じてお客様の成長に貢献する • 直面したお客様の様々な問題に対する解決策を再利用可能な形で抽象化し、Tailor Platformの進化に貢献する
🎯 Requirements
• 5年以上のエンジニアとして特定領域でのプロダクト開発経験 • 2年以上の顧客折衝・要件定義から開発実務までの一貫したプロジェクトマネジメント経験 • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）での技術コミュニケーション能力 • 原則出社にてオフィス勤務できる方
