📋 Description

• Ongoing client/matter support and business development • Support in expanding the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area • Establishing structures • Implementing IT solutions, among other tasks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly advising companies in crisis, insolvency plan and StaRUG proceedings, defending company directors against liability claims, and insolvency avoidance actions • Strong communicator with drive, able to work independently and highly team-oriented • Excellent relevant qualifications, ideally top exam results • Meticulous work ethic and a keen eye for detail • Willingness to travel (approximately twice a month for two days in Berlin)
