📋 Description

• Ongoing client mandate management and development • Support in expanding the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area • Establishing structures, implementing IT solutions, and more

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in advising companies in crisis, insolvency plan and StaRUG proceedings, defending executives/managers against liability claims, and insolvency avoidance actions (clawbacks) • Strong communicator with drive, ability to work independently, and excellent teamwork skills • Outstanding relevant qualifications, in particular top final law exam results (Prädikatsexamen) • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to travel (approximately 2 trips of 2 days per month to Berlin)
