📋 Description

• Support our clients through all stages of their compliance programs: from the audit phase to defining remediation plans, including the deployment of processes and tools. • Conduct compliance audits and impact assessments • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical implementations within information systems • Draft functional and technical specifications tailored to business and regulatory needs • Serve as the interface between legal, compliance, business and IT teams • Lead implementation projects: implementation and configuration of AML/CFT tools (LCB-FT), creation of GDPR (RGPD) processing registers, data purge, archiving and anonymization projects, implementation of BCBS 239 indicators, etc. • Facilitate design workshops and train or raise awareness among teams about regulatory issues and data compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid knowledge and have participated in compliance projects related to the following regulations: GDPR (RGPD), AML/CFT (LCB-FT), KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, etc. • Your past experience has demonstrated your ability to integrate complex legal, functional and technical issues, analyze risks and provide relevant recommendations • You are proficient in audit techniques and methodologies, as well as in risk and impact analyses • You are able to lead workshops and meetings with energy and to train colleagues on complex topics • You demonstrate genuine intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning • Finally, you have professional-level English, both spoken and written.
