📋 Description

• Create and evolve functional, regression, and exploratory test scenarios • Propose improvements even when tests pass • Continuously curate existing journeys • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis • Develop frontend and backend test automations • Manage test data sets • Analyze metrics, logs, and observability • Ensure the quality of journeys, integrations, and customer experience across WhatsApp, Blip, hybrid journeys, outbound messages, and WhatsApp Flows

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical, investigative, and proactive mindset • Knowledge of APIs and integrations: REST, Webhooks, JSON, and Postman/Bruno/Insomnia or similar • Experience with automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools • Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript • Knowledge of SQL, queries, metrics, logs, and observability • Experience with Blip, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Datadog, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Knowledge of conversational AI: Watson, NLP, LLMs, and AI-based testing • Knowledge of hybrid chatbots: deterministic, NLP, and LLM-based models • Plus: previous experience as a developer • Plus: WhatsApp Business API • Plus: outbound messaging, WhatsApp Flows, and integrations • Plus: Copilot, Kiro, and similar tools
