• Act as the primary point of contact for asset approvals and other tasks • Managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback between internal teams and agencies • Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows • Document clear action items and next steps after meetings • Own follow-ups to ensure completion of various project tasks on time • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to keep campaigns on track and on schedule • Support other teams by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time • Proactively address delays by having candid conversations with internal team members • Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals • Coordinate and schedule calls between internal team members and clients
• 3+ years of of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in project management and communication tools like Clickup (preferred) • Ability to work full-time EST
