📋 Description

• Manage project timelines and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met • Facilitate communication to serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment • Utilize Asana to track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability across teams • Keep detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project status updates • Work closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep projects moving forward efficiently to coordinate deliverables • Identify potential roadblocks in project execution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them • Verify that all deliverables meet client expectations and the quality standards before final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless client and team interactions. • Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) is required • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus but not required
