• Researching prospects• Reaching out through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn• Starting conversations and qualifying interest• Booking meetings for the sales team• Keeping track of pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)• Continuously improving outreach approach
🎯 Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach is helpful but not mandatory• Proactive and consistent with follow-ups• Able to work independently without constant supervision
