• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical & non-technical Web3 roles • Source candidates via Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 channels • Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and refine role briefs • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the ecosystem
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) • Familiarity with Web3 and crypto-native communities • Proactive sourcing skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and people instincts • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive remotely • Nice to Have: Experience hiring for crypto startups or DAOs • Existing network in DeFi, infra, or Web3 talent pools
