📋 Description

• Initially, you will focus on sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment. • Your responsibilities will be split into two categories: Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients) and Executive Career Coaching Services (For Executives & Job Seekers). • Conduct pre-screening interviews, send assessments, and coordinate final interviews. • Improve candidates CVs and job board profiles. • Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Global Recruitments End to End is preferred. • Experience with Linkedin Recruiter for IT and NON IT is Must • Experience in Naukri and other job boards for IT and NON IT is Must • Experience in Sourcing, Screening & Conducting Interviews is a MUST • Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing. • Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn. • Good written and spoken English communication skills. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. • Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter.
