⢠Initially, you will focus on sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). ⢠Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment. ⢠Your responsibilities will be split into two categories: Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients) and Executive Career Coaching Services (For Executives & Job Seekers). ⢠Conduct pre-screening interviews, send assessments, and coordinate final interviews. ⢠Improve candidates CVs and job board profiles. ⢠Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience.
⢠Experience in Global Recruitments End to End is preferred. ⢠Experience with Linkedin Recruiter for IT and NON IT is Must ⢠Experience in Naukri and other job boards for IT and NON IT is Must ⢠Experience in Sourcing, Screening & Conducting Interviews is a MUST ⢠Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing. ⢠Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn. ⢠Good written and spoken English communication skills. ⢠Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ⢠Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. ⢠Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter.
