• Join Talentbyte as a Sales Development Representative focusing on tech talent management. • Proactively identify and generate new business leads. • Reach out to qualified leads via email, cold calling and LinkedIn. • Cultivate relationships with potential clients through relevant channels. • Further develop and document sales processes across all channels. • Work closely with recruitment team to fuel business growth and hit targets. • Keep precise records of prospect interactions in CRM (Hubspot).
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead prospecting and cold-calling - with cold-calling being your preferred method in sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote setup. • Results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting and surpassing targets. • Fluency in English (knowing additional languages is a bonus). • Knowledge of talent management or recruitment is a plus. • Willingness to be active in social selling, interest in Linkedin personal content creation and/or personal brand building is a plus.
