📋 Description

• Identificar candidatos potenciales utilizando fuentes de reclutamiento efectivas • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de candidatos y sistemas de gestión como Jira y Teamtailor • Colaborar con el equipo de reclutamiento para comprender las necesidades y el ciclo del proceso de reclutamiento interno y de clientes • Participar activamente en cursos de formación y actualizaciones • Mantenerse al tanto de tendencias y mejores prácticas en reclutamiento • Mantenerse informado sobre vocabulario técnico • Cumplir con métricas de gestión y productividad • Proveer el pipeline para que reclutadores y el equipo cumplan metas de contratación • Brindar experiencias agradables a candidatos y clientes

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en reclutamiento o sourcing IT • Conocimiento de técnicas de búsqueda en bases de datos y redes sociales • Conocimiento básico de herramientas de reclutamiento y seguimiento de candidatos • Habilidades de comunicación escritas • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente • Orientado a resultados y con capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas • Capacidad de autoaprendizaje • Proactividad • Si no tienes experiencia pero has tomado alguno de los cursos de "Laura Suárez", esta puede ser tu oportunidad para ponerlo en practica
