📋 Description
• Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and long-term vision • Provide technical leadership on system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering their technical growth and professional development • Promote engineering best practices (code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, security-focused development) • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives • Lead the resolution of complex technical problems and critical incidents
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a technical leadership role • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in high-growth environments • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go) • Strong experience in scalable architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and DevOps practices • Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and testing principles • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
