📋 Description

• Draft detailed and accurate bills of costs • Prepare costs budgets and statements • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties • Provide expert advice on cost-related matters • Handle both contentious and non-contentious costs • Ensure compliance with relevant case law and legislation • Manage own caseload independently from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in legal costs drafting, with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the role • Proficient in costs drafting software and legal case management systems • Strong ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide detailed cost analyses • Meticulous in preparing accurate and comprehensive bills of costs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Capable of managing own caseload independently
