📋 Description

• Partner directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements • Support proofs of concept, pilot implementations, and production-oriented deployments • Troubleshoot integration issues and help customers build within their own environments • Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to unblock customer progress • Represent the company credibly in technical conversations with senior engineers and enterprise stakeholders • Surface recurring customer needs and implementation patterns to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role • Strong technical foundation, ideally with a computer science background or equivalent hands-on engineering experience • Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly in technical settings • Experience troubleshooting integrations, implementations, or deployment-related issues • Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments and moving quickly with limited structure • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with customer empathy • Regular use of modern engineering tools and AI-assisted workflows in day-to-day work
