📋 Description
• Manage outbound campaigns end to end, writing copy, launching, and monitoring results • Use large volumes of outbound data to create and optimize campaigns • Source, clean, and verify new lead data as the business expands • Build AI-powered systems for copywriting and outreach at scale • Help extend the operation into SMS and new outreach channels • Operate autonomously, generating new ideas and driving measurable outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• AI-native mindset, deeply fluent and creative with AI tools, valued above credentials • Proactive, autonomous, and creative, comfortable working without explicit direction • Roughly 2-5 years of experience as a guide, though hunger and ability outweigh tenure • Strong critical thinking and ownership over your work and its results • Comfort in a fully remote, fast-moving environment • Bonus: experience with outbound or high-volume marketing
