📋 Description

• Own the long-term technology strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals • Lead and scale engineering teams, systems, and development processes • Ensure platform security, reliability, and regulatory compliance • Oversee architecture decisions for scalability, integrations, and data • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Operations leadership • Establish engineering culture, standards, and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles • Proven experience scaling fintech or regulated platforms in growth-stage companies • Strong understanding of payments, lending systems, APIs, and data infrastructure • Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams • Ability to balance speed, technical debt, security, and long-term scalability
