📋 Description
• Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems • Introduce and generate interest in residential solar solutions • Qualify homeowners based on established criteria • Handle objections professionally and confidently • Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar • Schedule qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment outcomes • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals
🎯 Requirements
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written • Confident and professional speaking voice • Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or customer-facing experience preferred • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls • Strong objection-handling and conversation management skills • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to scripts and processes quickly • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven • Reliable internet connection and quality headset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
