📋 Description

• Live teaching & practical knowledge transfer: You design interactive online live sessions and teach subject matter in Artificial Intelligence — from developing AI applications and machine learning to using modern AI tools for process automation. • Curriculum delivery & pedagogy: You prepare content based on existing materials in a methodical, clear and job-market relevant way. You use hands-on examples, current use cases and link theory to application. • Learner support & exam preparation: You provide guidance, motivate, explain and repeat key concepts — ensuring learners gain the confidence to apply AI tools successfully in a business context. • Quality assurance & feedback: You give didactic and technical feedback, contribute to the further development of our teaching formats and actively shape our digital learning processes. • Collaboration within the instructor team: You are part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge, supports one another and helps establish a new form of digital teaching and learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science: You are an expert in developing and applying AI technologies and can explain their potential clearly and engagingly. • Didactic aptitude: You explain concepts in a clear, structured and motivating way — suitable for beginners and diverse learner groups. • Digital affinity: You are comfortable in virtual classrooms, use digital tools confidently and are open to new learning formats. • Attitude & communication skills: You work solution-oriented, respectfully and clearly — and want to pass on your knowledge to people starting new careers. • Language skills: You have excellent German (at least C2); English skills are a plus. • Certified pedagogical qualification & experience: You bring at least two years of experience in adult education, possess solid subject-matter expertise in Artificial Intelligence and have demonstrated your pedagogical suitability through an IHK-certified qualification (e.g., AEVO certificate).
