📋 Description

• Find candidates for open positions assigned by Talentuch • Contact candidates and check their interest, availability, and basic match with the position • Schedule candidates using interviewers’ available calendar slots • Follow up with candidates and help ensure they attend the interview • Update candidate information in the ATS • Watch interview recordings and prepare candidate summaries • Do not conduct candidate interviews, send or present candidates to clients, communicate with clients, or negotiate job offers

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine • Intermediate or higher written English • Good online research and written communication skills • Good organization and attention to detail • Ability to work with calendars, spreadsheets, an ATS, and sourcing platforms • Applicants without previous work experience may apply if they have completed a recruiting or sourcing course and can provide a valid certificate • A certificate is not required if the applicant already has sourcing or recruitment experience

🏖️ Benefits

• $20 for each completed interview for junior and mid-level positions • $30 for each completed interview for Director-level and higher positions • Payments are made monthly through Payoneer
