📋 Description

• Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements • Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems • Ensure clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience • Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery • Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders • Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards • Contribute to SM’s internal knowledge base • Participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums

🎯 Requirements

• Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification (mandatory) • 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations • Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge covering architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns • Strong written and verbal client-facing communication skills in English • Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members • Ability to overlap with EST working hours • Financial services domain experience in banking, credit unions, or insurance is a strong advantage • Experience with iPaaS integration tools is a strong advantage • Active participation in the Creatio community is a strong advantage • Full project lifecycle experience from discovery and design through go-live and support is a strong advantage
