📋 Description

• Prequalify leads and assess fit based on specific criteria • Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up • Manage client-provided databases accurately and efficiently • Conduct outbound calls to property owners to explore vacation rental opportunities • Encourage registrations on the client's platform • Participate in monthly performance and KPI review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Italian Fluency (C2) with excellent communication skills and high level of English • Confident conducting phone conversations (both warm and cold calls) • Experience in lead qualification or pre-sales is an advantage • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM/database tools • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive • Strong time management and teamwork abilities
