📋 Description

• Building, managing, and optimising affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships. • Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new commercial partners to expand the network. • Driving revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial opportunities. • Collaborating with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and promotional offers. • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities for growth. • Managing inbound sales leads and optimising the conversion funnel to maximise acquisition. • Providing regular reporting on sales performance, partnership metrics, and market insights to stakeholders. • Supporting the overall commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels. • Representing the company at international conferences, networking events, and industry trade shows. • Taking ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry. • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close complex commercial deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen. • Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Strong CRM skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in using HubSpot.
