• Manage and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements and improve sales performance. • Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment with pricing and quota strategies. • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize CPQ utilization. • Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise to integrate and streamline sales processes. • Monitor and troubleshoot CPQ processes to improve operational efficiency. • Generate reports and analytics to identify trends and improvement areas. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and enhancements, especially related to CPQ. • Maintain documentation for CPQ processes, configurations, and user training materials.
• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration. • Strong understanding of quoting and pricing processes within a sales environment. • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in sales process management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.
