• Own & Grow Our Top Global Partners. • Build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with partner stakeholders. • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance deep-dives, and annual joint business planning sessions. • Become the partner’s trusted advisor, proposing tailored solutions. • Manage commercial negotiations and renewals. • Audit all active Tier-1 partners to identify underperformers. • Partner with Pricing, Tech, and Fleet teams. • Build and execute data-backed activation playbooks. • Drive strategy and partner with Product and Tech teams. • Maintain CRM discipline. • Identify inefficiencies and proposal improvements. • Collaborate on the creation of internal playbooks. • Participate in global account strategy sessions.
• 5–8 years of experience in account management, partner management, or business development, ideally within a B2B, travel, mobility, or tech-driven environment. • Experience managing large, multi-country accounts with complex commercial and operational setups. • A proven record of growing and retaining key global accounts, including setting strategic goals, delivering joint business plans, and executing measurable growth initiatives. • Strong commercial acumen. • A data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) and comfort using digital tools to manage pipelines, document opportunities, and monitor performance. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Experience in travel tech, ground transportation, or mobility services is a significant plus. • High cultural intelligence and adaptability. • Tech fluency. • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are highly desirable.
