📋 Description
• Report to the Tax Department Manager of Operations • Collaborate closely with tax staff and partners • Improve departmental processes • Participate in training and development • Support firm’s growth and service initiatives • Direct client interaction throughout the year
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years experience preparing tax returns in a CPA firm • Active CPA preferred • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required • Strong project management and time management skills • Financial and accounting experience • Ability to work independently and manage projects • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
