📋 Description

• Execute scheduling and logistical deliverables for project-level task lists in line with client SLAs • Resource and schedule assessments, briefing calls, feedback sessions, and debriefs using available tools • Send project-level communications to candidates, assessors, and other stakeholders using templates and tools • Launch assessments through available tools and platforms • Administer and track candidate reports • Source and arrange venues • Arrange flights, accommodation, and catering • Provide regular status updates to the Project Coordinator and Client Manager on administrative task progress • Report bugs and software, product, or platform issues and liaise with the Project Coordinator and Client Manager to resolve them • Perform other ad hoc project-level administrative duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams • Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with others • Ability to manage personal assignments and drive tasks through to completion • Previous experience in a client services environment is preferred, such as call centre, retail, or hospitality • Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required
