• Manage and execute customer renewal activities to achieve retention targets and business objectives • Engage existing customers, healthcare professionals, and accounts regarding contract renewals, product upgrades, and customer satisfaction • Partner with Field Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and coordinate account strategies • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications, qualification activities, and administrative sales processes • Maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals and customers to strengthen relationships and identify evolving needs • Coordinate sales campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and follow-up activities • Provide product, service, and commercial information to customers and healthcare professionals • Schedule, deliver, and coordinate product training for patients, customers, and healthcare professionals • Assist with territory planning, account management, and CRM data management • Identify and escalate customer concerns, service issues, and training or support opportunities • Collaborate with Customer Support, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Field Sales teams • Support quotations, renewal documentation, contract administration, and sales reporting • Maintain accurate CRM records • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, trade shows, and company events • Promote Tandem Diabetes products and services in compliance with regulatory, privacy, and legal requirements • Drive customer retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across Switzerland
• Experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, renewals, or healthcare sales support • Strong customer relationship and communication skills • Experience supporting field-based sales teams and coordinating account activities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify renewal, retention, and growth opportunities • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools • Excellent organisational, planning, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating across internal teams • Fluent in German, English, and French • Italian is an advantage • Based in Switzerland • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, conferences, and customer events • Able to travel in the region and work from a home office • Valid driver’s license, required auto insurance, and good driving record • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, renewals, or sales support • Experience working within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related regulated industry is preferred • Experience supporting healthcare professionals, medical device customers, or complex stakeholder environments is preferred • Demonstrated success in customer retention, contract renewals, or account growth activities • Experience collaborating with field sales teams and cross-functional departments
