📋 Description
• Use Tangam software to optimize table spreads, slot product mix, labor deployment, and pricing strategies • Translate complex gaming data into actionable strategies for casino leadership • Conduct high-level performance reviews and workshops for C-suite stakeholders • Mentor junior staff and contribute to industry case studies
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in senior casino operations or with a gaming vendor • Deep knowledge of Slots and Table Games KPIs • Proven track record in labor scheduling, floor placement, and yield management • Proficient in translating data into narratives using Excel and BI tools • Must be eligible for international gaming licensure • Degree in Business/Finance; fluency in French or Spanish preferred
