📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of assigned federal programs and contracts. • Ensure contract services are delivered on time, within scope, within available funding, and in accordance with contractual and customer requirements. • Coordinate staffing, schedules, deliverables, customer communications, quality reviews, risk management, and administrative activities across assigned programs. • Lead internal program meetings and provide executive leadership with regular reports on performance, staffing, financial status, risks, and growth opportunities. • Develop and execute practical growth plans for assigned programs and customer accounts. • Identify opportunities to expand Tangent's services through additional tasking, new labor categories, increased staffing, contract modifications, option periods, follow-on work, and related customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, cybersecurity, information technology, project management, or a related field. • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in federal program management, contract operations, cybersecurity delivery, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience managing one or more federal government contracts, task orders, or complex customer programs. • Experience managing staffing, schedules, deliverables, performance requirements, customer communications, and operational risks. • Demonstrated ability to identify and support program or account growth opportunities. • Working knowledge of federal contracting, labor categories, funding limitations, contract scope, and government customer expectations. • Experience leading technical, cybersecurity, information technology, or professional-services personnel. • Strong written, verbal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
