📋 Description

• Provide financial analysis, lease administration and portfolio management support to the Leasing team • Develop, maintain, produce various reports and analyses used daily • Track all renewals and other lease actions • Analyze status and work with Leasing team to meet departmental goals • Work in tandem with Leasing team to produce analyses, provide information and assist the overall leasing process • Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI) with Leasing researching and providing support • Process, assemble and help represent the final economic deal terms to Real Estate Committee • Strive for continuous improvement, drive metrics and cost-effective processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or related field • 2-3 years experience in lease administration, finance, property management or similar field • Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level
