📋 Description
• Own and execute the Platform roadmap • Lead cloud modernization against the AWS and Azure Well-Architected Frameworks • Drive OpenTofu /Ansible as source of truth for all infrastructure • Operate a centralized observability platform • Build and operate a self-service shared services catalog • Collaborate on migration program • Build a self-service developer portal • Embed secure-by-default guardrails
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering • 2+ years in engineering management • Deep hands-on AWS and Azure expertise • Terraform required • Proven track record building an IDP • OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Signoz, or Prometheus/Grafana at scale • Strong cross-functional influencing skills
