📋 Description

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks • Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe • Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com • Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation • Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies • Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 year experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role • Advanced English • Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills • Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferred • Familiarity with month-end close and basic financial reporting • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience working with cloud-based accounting and financial software is a plus
