📋 Description
• Source, attract, and close top talent in-market using a mix of tools, headhunting, and local networks • Build pipelines through on-the-ground networking: events, meetups, coffee chats, community groups, and partnerships • Lead strong role kick-offs: align on requirements, define “what good looks like,” and drive qualified candidates quickly into process • Own the full cycle - from first touch to signed offer - while maintaining high speed, quality, and candidate experience • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to raise the bar on talent quality across hard-to-fill roles • Maintain and report on KPIs: pipeline health, speed, conversions, and candidate grading • Deliver a thoughtful, transparent candidate experience end-to-end • Be a bar-raiser for interviews, process, and hiring standards in the region • Share local market insights and candidate trends with the global recruiting team to refine our hiring strategy worldwide
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting (agency or in-house) • Exposure to at least one startup/scale-up environment (Series A–D ideal) • Track record of hiring and closing top-tier talent • Data-driven approach to funnels, KPIs, and conversion metrics • High resilience; thrives in environments with shifting priorities • Ability to influence stakeholders, defend recommendations, and build trust • Comfort with in-person, relationship-driven recruiting
