📋 Description

• Manage client relationships: monitor project health proactively to prevent issues and ensure full customer satisfaction. • Conduct alignment meetings and strictly follow project timelines. • Produce detailed success reports, monitor performance indicators, and recommend adjustments when needed. • Ensure marketing strategies align with the client's objectives. • Identify and manage issues during critical moments, reverse churn requests, and implement necessary corrective actions. • Actively identify and suggest upsell and cross-sell products or services that add value and meet emerging client needs to grow the account. • Support clients in the post-sale phase to ensure alignment and satisfaction. • Lead contract renewal processes strategically, including presenting clear proposals and driving negotiations to secure client retention.
