📋 Description

• Manage the full client portfolio schedule autonomously without daily supervision: orchestrator → validated → reference-bank → schedule → copies → ClickUp. • Defend and present content strategy during biweekly client meetings. • Write campaign copy (organic + paid traffic + landing pages + email + ManyChat) at publish-ready quality. • Create and validate scripts for Reels and Stories, overseeing production through to posting. • Analyze clients' weekly metrics, cross-reference with the editorial line, and propose adjustments. • Research niche trends (plastic surgery, healthcare) and incorporate them into the schedule. • Monitor clients' Instagram accounts daily to ensure execution. • Maintain continuous communication in client groups. • Produce paid-traffic materials (scripts and creative copy). • Present tests of new content during the weekly meeting. • Provide ad hoc support to junior copywriters with technical questions. • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the team lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, concise, and assertive communication • Metrics analysis • Experience with high-ticket client service • Applied mastery of copywriting, storytelling, and persuasive frameworks (AIDA, PAS, cognitive triggers) • Full awareness funnel: able to script for top, middle, and bottom of funnel with the appropriate CTA for each stage • Autonomous production of multi-format copy (carousels, Reels, static posts, Stories, ads, landing pages, email, ManyChat) • Independent application of the seven Reels levers and the informative post principle (4 layers) • Advanced proficiency in ClickUp • Solid knowledge of CFM regulations, privacy rules for before/after content, and platform policies (Meta) • Ability to use AI tools strategically to support content creation, process organization, and delivery refinement, ensuring final review and alignment with company standards • Mastery of the Stark modeling method • Construct visual briefs within copy • Analytical mindset • Autonomy • Active contribution to campaign ideation and new formats.
