📋 Description

• Sourcing and screening candidates using various recruiting tools. • Conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews. • Assisting with recruiting and hiring processes. • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers. • Tracking candidate progress in the recruiting process and the Applicant Tracking System. • Preparing offer letters and maintaining candidate files. • Suggesting improvements to current systems and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant training / certifications / education background. • MS Office proficiency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Strong interest in human resources and recruiting. • You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
