• Assist clients in finding the best people to staff their business. • Attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. • Create recruiting strategies and build relationships. • Collaborate with clients to identify future hiring needs. • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person). • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants. • Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client. • Send job offer emails and answer queries about responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
• 5+ Years of proven experience in recruiting. • Relevant degree in HR Management. • Additional HR trainings will be a plus. • Experienced in sourcing techniques. • Tech savvy with outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS / HRMS (e.g., Zoho), ATS, Ticketing System. • Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills. • Sound judgement to recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs. • Ability to meet targets and deadlines. • Confident, pleasant personality, ambitious, self-motivated, organized with leadership and management skills.
