• We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for a Recruitment Caller position. • In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and conducting follow-up calls. • You will need to be comfortable with talking on the phone and possess excellent communication skills. • As a Recruitment Caller, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced startup environment. • You will be working closely with the recruiting team to identify and engage with potential candidates. • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and leads in our CRM system. • To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks. • This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a startup environment and develop your skills in recruitment.
• Location: Remote • Education & Work experience - We prioritize skills over traditional degrees. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field is highly desirable. • You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience. • Software and Applications- MS Office Suite, MS Excel. • Qualities & Capabilities- Strong communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or lead generation is desirable • Comfortable with making outbound and receiving inbound calls • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
